Erratic movements everywhere after 10 minutes

I start using Oulook, then after 10 minutes, I click on an e-mail to open ,
let's say 5 e-mails down, and the cursor moves to the top , sort of blinks up
to the top one very fast.
I try to click somewhere else and all over there is flashing. on the outlook
dialog box
Iwent to Internet Explorer and when I did a google search, it typed the
words backwards. I was able to type trend micro backwards and run it, see
below.
I go to task manager and nothing is running, I try to click on a process and
again it "scrolls " to the top. I can scroll down wtih the side scroll bar.
I try to restart and when I click on start there is erratic flashing from
the pin menu to the shutdown. I can't control it. I can click shutdown and
cant shutdown or restart unless I do a hard reboot.
I did a trendmicro scan and they told me to download the security update for
Office 2000 (which I did) and found 101 spyware. When I tried to ask it to
remove the spyware, it froze. I ran SPYBot and Lavasoft, and windows defender
and it seems to go away. I tried to run bit defender and it froze when trying
to download the definitions. I ran safety.live from Windows and found no
viruses. It did find 1700 bad registry entries.
I am now running Windows defender in the background. I was and still am
running Spybot resident in the background.
I think it its malware. I thought about removing the mouse software,
thinking it was bad, but did not think that would help.
I use AVG virus protection, but trendmicro and safety live found no viruses.
I don't think it is soley outlook, I think it is in the O/S since it affects
IE.
I don't have anything strange in the start up of msconfig. I looked a little
in the registry and found no "boxes" (sign of a virus)

Tried a different keyboard and mouse?

Try MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware.

Yes, I have tried an alternate mouse...I will try the other spyware options. ty

There's a very strong possibility that the problem is due to a hijackware
infection.

1. See if you can download/run the MSRT manually:

3. Run additional checks for hijackware, including posting your hijackthis
log to an appropriate forum.

When all else fails, HijackThis v2.0.2
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe) is the preferred tool to use (in
conjuction with some other utilities). HijackThis will NOT fix anything on
its own, but it will help you to both identify and remove any
hijackware/spyware with assistance from an expert. **Post your log to

http://aumha.net/viewforum.php?f=30, or another appropriate forum for review
by an expert in such matters, not here.**

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this
isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a local, reputable and
independent (i.e., not BigBoxStoreUSA) computer repair shop.
