EQ Audio trouble

For some reason when I attempt to enter a vender's window
or my bank account in Everquest the blue screen of death
comes up say "Equarl_IRQL_Not_Less" or somthing like that
and mentions tb128.sys which is a file used by my audio
card. This all started after their lasted patch but they
have no answers for me. I have already changed to ever
driver ever made by the company, tried emulated and
hardware modes. What else is there to do? I would seem
that the sound it is supposed to make when opening the
Vender or Teller crashes the computer.

Have you tried removing the current software for your soundcard as in
uninstalling the drivers and software, then installing the previous version.
There are a lot of scenarios for what you've mentioned you've already done
which is why I'm asking. In other words, uninstall any software and drivers
for your soundcard, then install whatever version worked for you in the
past.

If you've installed over previous versions, that is not the same thing and
usually, you can't go backwards but some installation programs will allow
you to do it. Hence, you may have installed a previous version but still
had the problem since the file(s) causing the issue were still there.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled both mulitple
times. I relooked at the error ont he blue screen and it
reads as "Driver_IRQL_Equal_Or_Not_Equal"

That indicates some type of driver issue. If it's not this driver it may be
to some other device. Conversely, this device may have an IRQ issue or
conflict that might be remedied by switching it and other cards to a
different slot.
