epson V700 scanner

Hoping this group is not dead

Looking for a spare parts manual or exploded parts view of the V700 scanner.

The lid on mine has a piece of tape which has curled and sticking to the
glass.

I want to know what tis is without pulling it apart. (to let dust in)

Can anone point me to a forum or site.
