Epson usb printer occasionally printing

I have a three week old epson sylus dx3800 all in one. Occasionally it
prints then just stops. Have checked leads and drivers. All it does is just
send it to queue. The only thing that sometimes works is rebooting the
system then I have lost what I was to print. Even then it does not work
properly and the same problem occurs.

Can anyone help?

Your spooler has probably stopped. Go to:
Start>Run>type NET START SPOOLER>press OK

Thank you very much I did as you suggested and my printer has worked fine
since. Do I have a problem on my computer that may have caused this or is it
'one of those things'.
