EPSON STYLUS RX620

Wherther I feed plain paper or photo paper A4 size into my Epson stylus rx620
printer, the paper will not go in strate. this is a problem that has just
started can anyone please suggest somthing that i may do to correct this
problem???

Most likely, there is a small piece of paper stuck in the paper path.
Take a close look with a good light. Is there any message on the front
panel?
