Can't print from Outlook or IE

When printer (epson stylus rx620) is selected computer seems likes its
searching but can't find the printer. Have tried everything I know.
Reinstalling printer, updates, etc. Finally called Epson and they told me
that is was a configuration error on Microsofts part. I sometimes get a
generic host 32 error also which is tied into the printer problem also. Epson
told me I would have to re install windows.
Has anyone had this problem or know of a solution??? Its driving me crazy!!!

Yes, I can print a test page or print from note pad.

Cari, No luck with this link. couldn't understand what they were trying to
tell me. I don't have my own web page pet up. Can't print from my documents
either BUT can print from Hallmark or other software installed.

OK, try reregistering the dll:
Start-> Run; Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll

Then, open IE, under View, Encoding... choose Western European (Windows)

It would not let me re register the dll but I did change the encoding under
the outlook express page.
