Epson Stylus C82 Generic Printer Driver

I am wondering if anyone in the this group happens to know what
generic printer driver will work for the Epson Stylus C82 printer in
Windows 2000. My company will allow laptop users to install their
home printers for use when at home, but requires that it be just a
generic driver, not the one that includes any extra features such as
ink level monitoring. Any help in what driver would work is
appreciated.

You don't need to install the status monitor. Go to the Epson site as
someone else suggested and download just the driver.
