Epson Styls c82 switch off before printing

After an hard clean of my print head my c82 doesnt work very good.
Before printing the print head goes to the left and after the printer
switchs off. I have to disconnect the 220V cable and wait 30 seconds
to switch on again.
I'm sorry for my english.

I need more information.

Are you saying the print head goes to the left and stays there, even
when you shut the printer off. or it goes left until you shut it off.
Also is it printing at all, and if so what is wrong with the image?

Normally, as facing the front of the printer, the print head goes to the
right to "park" and to clean or when it is not printing.

I am also unclear as to what you mean by a hard clean.

Perhaps you can try to explain in more detail. Don't worry about the
grammar, but I need some more detail.
