Epson RX500 borderless 4x6 - not...

Hi All,

Ever since I have had my RX500, I have never been able to print a
borderless 4x6 photo. I *always* get a paper jam.

If I use A4, there is absolutely no problem, and everything prints fine
(including borderless).

What's going on?
