Epson R220 all black printing

It's probably right in front of me but I can't find it. Is there a way to have
an Epson R220 print in all black, like when I'm printing a web page and don't
need it in color. I'd like to save the color ink. My last printer, and Epson
785EPX had a box to check in the software, but I can't find any such box for
this printer. Thanks.

You have to be in the Advanced mode of the printer driver. Then you
can select Black Ink Only. I do not see this option in the Basic menu.

It really doesn't matter because I have only been using the printer to
print black text on my DVDs and CDs and all of the ink levels go down.
I've probably printed about 250+ DVD/CDs and now all of my ink
cartridges need to be replaced. Don't spend the $13 for each cartridge
because it doesn't matter if you do or dont use the ink. Ohh yea I took
out the other 5 ink cartridges to try and save them for when I do need
color and it wont work with out them. Also when I put them back in the
ink level went down about half of what it was just a minute before I
took it out. This is a horrible printer I suggest you just get rid of
it and buy a CD stomper and lables. Honestly.
