Epson R200 will NOT delete

I started off thinking I had a bad driver or some such. Printer would hang
and sometimes I would get the blue screen. So I was going to uninstall and
then reload everything. Bad idea...

XP Pro.
Admin rights
Used Printers>Delete Printer (says deleting but doesn't)
Used Remove Programs. Says it has deleted everything and hasn't.
Used the Uninstall process from the Epson directory. Says it is deleting
everything, Registry entries, icons, etc. And then doesn't.

Task manager shows E_S4I2H1.EXE, when I delete, the Icon in the sys tray
goes away.

I have compounded the problem because I tried to install over what I already
have. So now I have two of the bloody things in my Printers area and two
icons in my systray and two E_S4I2H1.EXE in Task manager.

Short of reformatting my disk, can anyone tell me how I can get rid of these
things?

Try clearing the print queue. You've probably got some documents stuck
in there.
