Epson Print CD will not install

Hello!
I have a R800 printer that used to work with my Print CD software. Now
I have reloaded Windows XP with SP2 and I cannot click the "Agree"
button to load the Print CD software. Anyone else have this issue or
know of some other software I can use to print directly to CD/DVD?

Thank you!
Eric

When you say you cannot click the Agree button, do you mean it is not
active... you click on it, but it doesn't do anything?

Does it appear the installer has crashed?

I'm wondering if there isn't something related to security that is being
"protected".

Another possibility is you have remnants of other versions of the
software still floating around. Epson has a bad habit of their software
not being properly or completely removed during the automatic updating
or removal process, and that sometimes leads to conflicts and crashes.

When this occurs, especially with a newer printer and since there may be
an SP2 connect, I would email Epson directly they can usually provide
you with a full list of all the files which are installed, and they may
already know of a solution.

SP2 and Epson drivers haven't played nice in a number of cases, and
Epson has needed to make changes in some of their installation and
driver software to deal with the increased security methods used by XP SP2
