Epson CX5800 no output

A friend's CX5800 AIO unit was working fine until he moved to a new house.
He hooked up the printer (after only one day out of operation) but no output
gets to the page. The printer pulls the paper and goes through all the
motions, but the paper comes out totally blank. We cleaned the heads, to no
avail. I even took the print carts out of the 5800 and put them into a 4800
and they worked fine, so it's definately not the ink.

Can anyone suggest what's going on?

thank you,

jm

Yes, the heads are clogged. It is VERY common on this printer using the
Durabrite inks.

For a manual explaining how to resolve this and other issues (free of
