epson 720 photo, one colour not printing

hi,
I have an Australian Epson photo 720 which is the equivalent to the photo
700. I print out the colour pattern after doing a head clean and the photo
blue is missing most bars, I have done a number of head cleans and still not
full pattern. I am using a continuous ink system but I assume a blocked head
would need the same type of cleaning wether for a cartridge or continuous
ink feed.

thanks for the advice,

Hi Grant,

I had similar problems with my Photo 700, and found that I had to do at least 6
if not 10 head cleans before the problem was fixed.

I tried refilling the ink catridge and after a couple of fills my heads got
clogged and repeated cleaning cycles did not help. It cost AU$80 (in Melbourne)
to get the heads clean. It is still going strong, but I'm using Epson brand ink now.

On St Kilda Rd just south of St Kilda junction. I don't remember the name, but
when I rang Epson direct, they referred me to that shop.
