Epson 1394.3 driver

Has anyone figured out how to install a working version of the Epson 1394.3
device driver under Vista? Epson has chosen not to include firewire support
in their Vista driver. Jerks. I have tried to install it by download the
drivers for one of their other printers that do support firewire but it
fails to install the drivers. I want to be able to connect to it using
firewire from my computer and via USB from a wireless server so that the
other systems on my home network can print to it as well. I don't want to
have to share it from my system because I don't want to leave it on all the
time. I need a direct connection to be able to use the ink monitoring
services.

I did a google search and came up with what looks like an X64 version of a
driver, but I'm not familiar with the printer. Look Here:

I don't know what version of Vista you have, but search the Internet, and
who knows what's out there until you look. Just a thought.

I am using Vista Ultimate 32 bit. I have been searching and haven't found
anything that will work. I was hoping someone had figured out a way to make
it work with one of the existing drivers out there.
