Envelopes

I am using Office 2000 and have previously made envelopes from the Tools menu
with no problem. Now, however, when I try to make an envelope it prints only
as an 8X11 inch page. Strangely, another user on the same computer, using the
same office program after logging into a second account, can use the envelope
function with no problem. Somewhere, somehow, I must have entered an
instruction that I am not aware of to modify the program. Can anyone help me
solve this mystery?

Select Envelopes & Labels in Word, go to Options button on the right and
select envelope size. While you are in Options, recheck all the other
settings--Print, Font, etc. They might have become corrupted.
