Envelopes printing in different fonts

I seem to have this problem no matter what version of Word I am using, but
for some reason, when I print an envelope from a letter I composed in Word,
the font on the envelope seems to alternate between Times New Roman and
Ariel, even though the default set in both the document and the envelope is
Palatino. Even when I make multiple copies of the same document, but just
change the address header, and print up the envelopes, some envelopes print
in Times, others in Ariel. Is it me???

The address information is printed according to the formatting set in the
envelope address and envelope return paragraph styles of the current
template. If you use the envelope/label wizard to pick up the address from
the letter, any manual formatting will also be transferred.
