Envelopes in Word Tools

I would like to make up multiple envelopes with different addresses (no
return address) for accounting purposes; however, I don't want to have to
open tools and then envelopes every time I go to print an envelope (very time
consuming). Is there a way to place this tool on my desktop for easier
access, or is there a Microsoft program that I can obtain specifically for
this function?

Have you tried doing a mail merge?

I've thought about it; however, if I make a mail list, it won't be the same
every time. I need to somehow access this tool without having to merge with
anything.

Mail merge is easily the best way to do multiple envelopes. If the mail list
changes then re-attach the list to the merge document and merge again.
