Envelopes and Addresses

I am using Word 2002, Outlook 2002. When I created a new
contact in Outlook, I was able to enter the first and last
name only, I did not see a place to enter an address. When
I go into Word and use Mail Merge to put the name on an
envelope it does pull the first and last name, as it
should. I just need to know how to put the street, city,
state info into the contacts in Outlook. I could therefore
pull all info to the envelope.
Thanks

Open the Contact in Outlook.
Surely you can see where to place the address.

I'm having the same problem trying to do labels but am
using Outlook 2000.

You need to open or create a contact in your Contacts folder in Outlook to
insert the address.
