For some reason, my addresses on envelopes are printing in Yellow. I keep
changing the font color in "options" from the envelope window where you enter
the address. I don't understand, a week ago they were printing in black text
just fine.
Help Me? thanks

Some printers seem to use composite black (from the color cartridge) instead
of black from the black cartridge. Check the ink levels in your color
cartridge.
