envelope printing

i am trying to print envelopes on word 2003.when i type in my delivery and
return address everything looks okay,but when i print only to return address
actually will print on my envelope.i am having the same problem with 2
different printers hooked up to 2 different computers.

Check the formatting of the "Envelope Address" style. It may be that the
text has mysteriously become formatted as White or Hidden or that the frame
has been moved so that it's off the page. An easy way to check on both these
things is to click on Add to Document and see what the added envelope looks
like.

i add it to document and it shows up, but it still wont print delivery address

Are you using an inkjet printer that has a separate cartridge for black and
in which you possibly do not have ink in the color cartridges? There are
some printers that, for some reason, use the color cartridges to create
black of Envelope Addresses. If you are, try changing the color of the font
in the Envelope Address Style to Auto if it is now set as Black or vice
versa.
