When I write letter in word 2003 and then try to print an envelope using the
label & envelope feature in tools it opens the outlook contact directory and
when I select a contact to be placed in the adddress box it includes either a
fax / phone number or e-mail address all or either of which are in
parenthesis. How can I fix this.
Is there a set up feature in Outlook that will allow you to select the info
that will be placed in the address sections of the Word Document???
