Envelope Format Problem

I have read all the posts I can find on the problem of having the mailing
address coming up double-spaced in the envelope window and I still can't
solve this problem. There are no spaces before or after (0 and 0) and it's
single-spaced. What's going on?

Word 2007?

Edit the Envelope Address paragraph style, which by default is based on
normal style and normal style has 10 points of spacing after each
paragraph - hence the extra space between the address lines. Remove the
spacing - see http://www.gmayor.com/changing_envelope_layout.htm

Thanks for the response. I had already done this but rechecked the style as
suggested and all the settings were correct, ie., 0 and 0 space before and
after and it is single spaced. Any other suggestions?

Add an envelope to a document and send the document to the link on my web
site. I'll see if I can spot the problem.
