Enterprise Version for XP

If I purchase an enterprise version XP for 100 users, will each PC having the
same ID for XP? or Will Microsoft automatically assign different ID for each
XP? Since I will receive 1 copy of CD, and install for 100 PC, how can
Microsoft identify the number for PC with licenced XP? If our company
replaces new PC hardware, and install the same version of XP, then all the
hardware codes will change, how do Microsoft know we still install 100
licence XP on 100 PC instead of addition PCs?
Installed 100 PCs and then replace 20 PCs with new PC and install the same
copy of XP into new hardware for replacement, Microsoft should collect
infomation for 120 PCs installed with this enterprise version for XP, but
there is only 100 PC running with Enterprise version for XP.
Does anyone have any suggestions on this licence issue?
