Entering a product key

I just purchased Norton System Works for 2000 and up last
night on the microsoft website. I cannot remember how to
get to where I need to enter the product key. Can
someone please help me. I would also like to know what
is the best POP-UP blocker, because they keep locking my
computer up and I am getting extremly frustrated.
