Entering Product Key

When I go to enter the product key, I am not able to type certain numbers (0
and 5). I can't enter the product key without these numbers. I am able to
type these numbers in other programs and in word, just not on the screen to
enter the product key. Suggestions?

It just won't let me type a 5 or a 0 in....nothing shows up when I type those

The same thing happens to me. I can't type a "1" and I can't enter my product
key without it. When I type a "1" somewhere else (in word, or in an internet
search) they key works fine. I JUST BOUGHT THIS SOFTWARE. I AM INCREDIBLY
FRUSTRATED.
