Enter Username and Password

I've set up Outlook using the great directions and video from Diane P., but
keep getting a window popping up to enter my name and password, even though I
have done that, I've restarted the computer, etc.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Windows XP, Outlook 2003.

A good source for help on Microsoft's product is Microsoft's own support
knowledgebase at http://support.microsoft.com.

A search there on "remember password" and selecting "Outlook 2003" as
the product turns up:

This assumes that you don't have anti-virus, anti-malware, or other
security or protection software that interrogates your e-mail traffic
and is screwing up your login.
