"enter network password" dialogue box keeps coming up; XP Outlook

Hi, I cannot stop my Outlook from asking me to "Enter Network Password" even
though I have asked it to remember my password when it sends and receives
emails. I have also deleted the registry key and changed the permissions from
"replace permission entries..." to "inherit from parent the permission
entries" for the users with "full control" within the Protected Storage
System Provider and restarted the machine. Nothing has worked. I also
reentered all of my email account information. Nothing seems to work. Please
help.

I've noticed quite a few people posting on here about this issue today. It
could be a problem with your ISP. HAve you check ed with them.
