ENTER NETWORK PASSWORD BOX

HOW DO I GET RID OF THE CONSTANT REQUEST FOR "ENTER
NETWORK PASSWORD"??

MY INTERNET SERVICE HAS SET THE PASSWORD SEVERAL TIMES,
BUT THIS BOX WILL NOT GO AWAY.

I'M TOLD BY THEM THAT THIS IS A MICROSOFT PROBLEM.

Are other people having the same problem??
