Hi, i recently downloaded RC1 of vista and burnt it on a dvd and the dvd
works fine, when i install vista it gets to installing features and updates
and it starts to reboot at first i thought it was routine but it continually
rebooted at the startup screen. any help would be greatly appreciated and i
am not greatly experienced in these things so clear explenations would be
even more appreciated.

If you are doing an upgrade of a previous windows version. you may have to
go back and uninstall incompatible programs and unplug unnecessary devices.
You also may have to resort to a clean install, also with unnecessary
devices (especially USB) unplugged.

Remove the Vista DVD from the drive during the first reboot.
Somehow I think it is accessing to it, restarting the install process.

When it reboots and asks you to press any key to boot from the DVD, don't
press any keys.
