End video with picture

I have a 30 second video, I want to add a still picture at the end and have
it stay there (not turn into a black screen when finished). How can I do this?

If you are playing the saved movie
file in Windows Media Player with
"Repeat" unselected. The file will
play to the end and revert to the first
frame of the beginning. Apparently
your video begins with one or more
black frames.

Maybe you could adjust the video
while it's still in the project stage or
begin your project with a copy of the
still image?
