Enabling the Admin Account in XP Home

I would to enable the Administrator account in XP Home so
when I press Ctrl+Alt+Del a few times at the welcome
screen, I can log in as the administrator.

I can't enable the account through the computer
management console, because the users part of it is not
there for some reason.

Any help would br greatly be appreciated!
 
There is no way to log into the administrator account in Windows XP Home
except in safe mode.
