enabling tagged PDF conversion

I am working in Word 2007. I need to enable the creation of "tagged" PDFs
from Word. The instructions I have so far (from the client who is requesting
tagged PDFs) are as follows:

"Check the checkbox for Enable Tagged PDF Generation to create a tagged
Adobe PDF file from your original document."

I cannot find any such command either in Word or in options for "printing
to" Adobe PDF. Adobe Helps says I should use the Acrobat PDFMaker dialog box
to enable this setting: "To display the Acrobat PDFMaker dialog box, choose
Adobe PDF > Change Conversion Settings in the Microsoft application." I
cannot locate any such creature in my Microsoft application (Word). Can
anyone help?

Thanks,

Ashley

"Acrobat 8 shipped prior to Microsoft Office 2007. Therefore, we are
currently actively testing Acrobat with the shipping version of Office
2007 and Office 2007 files. In the first half of 2007, we expect to
issue a free Acrobat 8 patch that will provide support for Office 2007.

Acrobat 7.0 and earlier will not support Office 2007 or Office 2007 files."
