Windows XP.

1. How do I set my Windows XP workstation to permit
remote connections?

2. How many remote connections can be active at a time?

3. What state must my workstation be in in order for
remote connections to be established? That is, must I
disable timeouts such as those that automatically log out
my station due to inactivity? Must I disable power
options like "turn off hard drives," "system hibernate,"
and "system standby"?

Thanks for the help.

1. Control Panel - System - There is a remote tab that you can use to allow
connections.

2. Only one. On a 2003 server you get 2. At least that is what I remember
reading.

3. I have connected in any mode, just as long as the machine was on.
