Remote with Ultravnc and Hamachi

I have a small NAT network with 8 workstation with Windows 2000 and Windows
XP Prof. I install Hamachi (http://www.hamachi.cc) and UltraVNC for remote
control this network from another location.
Some PC with WinXP Prof doesn't work. When I try to connect appear a error
message.
\\IP NUMBER is not accessible. You might not have permnission to use this
network resources . ..Contact the ...bla...bla... ACCESS IS DENIED.
What is wrong.
All workstations don't have a firewall or something like that.
Some workstation can be remoted.
What services is not started or what policies is enable or disable?

One of the most common causes of this problem would be a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall, or other security component, but it's not the only
possible cause of your problem. Read this article with an open mind.

Take a look at "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each computer, and
diagnose the problem. Look at the problem computer(s), and at least 2
non-problem computers. Read this article, and linked articles, and follow
instructions precisely (download browstat!):
