Enabling From: line in Outlook 2000?

Hi --

How do I enable the From: line on outgoing messages in Outlook 2000 (IMO)?

I can't find the option anywhere, and Help is of no help.

The From field doesn't do what you might think it does. If you want to
change the sending account use the File menu > Send Using command in OL2000
 
No wonder I can't find it ...
