My kids were messing around with my internet settings the
other day and they changed the allowing cookies setting
on my computer. I cannot enter my hotmail e-mail address
now. The site states that my browser is set for "not
allowing cookies". The first thing I did was I went to
my internet options under my "tools" menu and changed all
of my privacy settings to "low" and to allow all
cookies. After doing this the hotmail site still claims
that my browser is set for blocking cookies and I cannot
enter my hotmail e-mail address. Does anyone have any
idea of what to do?

This will enable you to access Hotmail:
IE Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Edit> type in

hotmail.com
msn.com
passport.com
passport.net

and Allow All Cookies for each in turn. Also, to avoid
spyware, click on the Security tab, Internet icon and set
it to Custom, and the Restricted Sites to High.
