even though I have welcome screen enabled I still get
classic Windows 2000 login prompt. When it's loging in
and out it shows Windows 2000 style also.
Can anyone help me fix this?

Is this machine part of a Windows domain? Is there any VPN software
installed?

Does the logon prompt have 2 or 3 lines after you expandthe "options"
button?
