Enable SubForm new record entry at top of Form

It is easy to add new records to a SubForm, but when a few have been added
the Form tends to disappear at the bottom of the page. Is it possible to
change the format of the SubForm such that each new record is added at the
top of the Form and are therefore always clearly in sight?

Thanks

No. You can "sort of" get that affect by using two subforms. One set to
DataEntry mode so it is only used for new records and one with AllowAdditions
set to No so that it cannot be used to add new records (it will not display the
new record row). Then you can position the new record verison of the form above
the other.

Of course how you have the form visually set up would greatly influence whether
this is practical or not. In some cases you can make it appear as if it were
one form, but tabbing and other issues will always make it a bit clunky.

Or maybe simply sorting descending on the date or AutoNumber will work for
you.
