Enable spell checker in Outlook Express 6 ?

I read something about copying csapi3t1.dll into this location:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof

However at least in my install of XP, \proof did not exsist. I did locate that
DLL file and created the \proof folder in the right place but that did not
enable spell checking.

So how is it done if possible ?
