Hi,

The article has it backwards. A Vista user can help an XP user, but only
another Vista user can help a Vista user.

Hi,

Vista has some cosmetic changes, but so does every OS upgrade (and I'm
talking about any OS, not just Windows). The problem with RA is the way that
it is implemented. While it is backwards compatible to read an XP RA file,
XP isn't "upwards" compatible to read the ones created with Vista. The
changes are due to some security design changes, not just for looks or to
lock out XP from helping a Vista user.
