Enable CD and DVD DRecording via Script

We use SCCM to image and deploy our machines. SCCM requires that CD and DVD
burning be disabled (not sure why, something to do with the GUID). To enable
recording for users, we currently have to log into the machine, enable
recording in the CD/DVD drive properties, then copy our profile over the
Default User profile...

Does anyone know if there is a way to enable CD/DVD recoring functions via a
batch file or script?
