Enable Cached Mode for Existing profiles

Let's say we have implemented Outlook 2003 without the Enable Cached Mode
feature enabled. We want to turn it on for an Organizational Unit (OU) that
has all the users that have been migrated from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003.
Can we apply a GPO to change the existing profiles and have Outlook Cached
Mode Enable (modify existing profile) ?

Is their another way to change the profile status automatically to have
Enable Cached Mode enabled remotly on known upgrated users from Outlook XP to
Outlook 2003 ? Maybe a regkey ?
