You can play with Outlooks Create Rules, experiment
safely, by making a rule that gears towards To you, CC
and BCC all boxes checked in one rule, it may sort the
blanks.

Blank emails are difficult to deal with (everything is
hidden), I use a third party program which works nicely
with Outlook 2003. It basically works on the principal of
a whitelist (meaning only those addresses in your address
book). So as mail comes into their filter it allows the
whitelist mail through, and sorts the unacceptable mail
into a category which you can purge or review. It will
not allow it into Outlook. So your Outlook remains clean.
And those blanks will definetly be sorted out.

Let's say you were recieving mail from a new sender not
on your whitelist, well look in the rejected mail bin and
right click on it and accept it, this does not mean it
will be accepted next time, you must add this address to
your whitelist for future mailings.

I have found DigiPortal Choicemail to be a very good
product, if I am correct they do have a trial version,
and the final cost is reasonable.

Happy Holidays

Check the properties of the email, using Outlook Express,
right click the header and select properties. Select the
details and message source to see what is normally hidden.
Select and copy/paste the data into an email and send it to
your ISP so they can trace it down.
Here is a sample of whjat you'll have...

Best to post Outlook questions in microsoft.public.outlook - that's where
the Outlook gurus hang out.
