Using Message Rules in O E to delete spam with non-English letters or words

Is there a way to use the Message Rules feature in O E to filter out Spam
messages containing non-English letters or words? I would like to use it for
returning the messages such messages to the Sender or Delete them
completely.
My attempt to check the sender's domain name and asking O E to delete all
messages from those domains does not seem to work. I still get messages from
some other senders using that domain in the sender's
e-mail address.

Select from the 'Conditions' options 'where the message body contains specific words'
and add a very common word in the language you want getting rid of.

Click on the newly created criteria in the 'Rules Description' box and copy and
paste the word that appear often in the unwanted messages (such as "and" or "the")
into the 'add' box and press the 'add' button.

Be sure to click on the 'Options' button before you close the box, and make sure the
lower option to match 'any' of the words.

(BTW - this only applies to Mail rules and not to News rules)

Don't "bounce" a message. Create a Subject message rule that is set to
Delete it from server.

If, for instance, the subject has letters like these:

Ï Ì Å Ê Ó Æ Ò Ù Â Á Ú É Þ

Copy and paste them one-at-a-time and Add them into the rule just as you
would do for separate words. Just look for very common letters. You don't
need every one in the foreign alphabet.

Note: to create the rule Where Subject does not contain a, e, i,........,
you must add a, then add e, then add i........ then add 0. You will have
'a' or 'e' or 'i'..............
To add the NOT, click Options and select 'does NOT contain'.

Don't bother trying to "bounce" such messages: That only tells the
spammers that you exist so they'll send you even more spam!

"Where the Subject line does NOT include a, e, i, o, u, y, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,
6, 7, 8, 9, OR 0, Mark it as read, Delete it, and Stop processing more
rules."

Please to not attempt to "bounce" spam. Spammers have a nasty habit of
forging the "Sender" email address, and you will just annoy the innocent
victims of such forgery.

If you could filter on foreign words, what would happen to a love-letter
from your girlfriend with a misspelled word or two?
