Empty blue screen

Anyone seen this? You connect to a server with Remote
Desptop and just get a blue wallpaper - no icons, no
taskbar, only option to shutdown from the ctl-alt-
delete. And I'm not running SP4 on any of my systems.

I have seen this on my terminal/Citrix Servers. I fixed
this problem by setting up and using a roaming profile.

I do suggest you install SP4 though for the security fixes
if nothing else.

Just had this problem on our w2k citrix server.
was fixed by mmc addin 'Security configuration and Analysis'
Use template setup security.inf
run config computer now.
These users that got a blue screen would work ok if added to administrators
group - so I knew it was a security issue.
