Hi,

What is the best way to embed an excel worksheet, as a
document, into a PowerPoint presentation (which I will be
forwarding via email to another colleague). I need the
excel worksheet to be capable of opening as an independant
file when received .....

Thx,

Don-

Don,

You can copy some cells from an Excel workbook, and Paste-Special into
PowerPoint, choosing Excel Object. The embedded workbook object can be
edited by double-clicking it (presuming the user has Excel installed). The
toolbars, menu bar, etc, will become Excel's. You'll see that the entire
workbook (all sheets) will be available. To revert to PowerPoint, click
outside of the object.
