Embedding an Excel 2007 worksheet into an email without attaching

I have Office 2007 and I'm trying to embed a worksheet from Excel 2007 into
an email from Outlook 2007 using the Send option from the main menu. Excel
gives me several options all of which state that it wants to send as an
attachment.

Excel 2003 provided an option under the Send menu that would embed the
current worksheet into an email so the recipient would be able to view the
worksheet without having to launch Excel.

Is this option still available in Excel 2007?

Hi,

This command is not exposed on the Ribbon, you need to add it to your QAT -
press Alt+1, choose Customize tab, pick Commands not in Ribbon from the top
left drop down and find and Add Send to Mail Recipient.
