Embedding .oft files in Word

Hi,

I want to improve a process we use by embedding an .oft file into a Word
document. Unfortunately, it appears that Word does not support this feature.
I would appreciate any help on this matter. Basically, I want to have one
document (Word) that the user fills out, then by either click a button, or an
embedded file, they can open the .oft file (populated with the required
addresses), and just click the Send button to submit.

The solution would be to write a macro in the Word document that performs the desired task with a combination of Outlook automation to create the message and Word automation to read the data from the document.
