Embedded Music in E-Mails

How do I save a music file which is part of the e-mail? I remember doing it
in Outlook Express but cannot, for the life of me, figure it out in Windows
Vista Mail. I have received an e-mail with music I would like to save.

I just found it. If anyone would like to know, it's here:
Tools/Options/Read and then put a check mark in "Read all message in plain
text". Click Apply, OK. The music will now be an attachment in the e-mail.
Save to a file, and then go back and remove the check mark so that your
e-mails arrive the way you're used to!!
